Why we built the scout
Life Sciences hiring has a quiet problem. The roles worth having are rarely on a public job board. The professionals worth having are rarely watching one. We built MeridianRoles to close that gap.
By the time a good Life Sciences role is posted publicly, it has usually been open inside the company for weeks. In that time it has usually also gone to a search firm the company hired, and been shortlisted through personal networks. What reaches the public board is what is left: the roles nobody filled through the preferred channel.

MeridianRoles watches the market in the background for you. It compares roles with a detailed picture of you: your Standard CV, Extended CV, Biography Statement and the preferences you set. It scores the roles that best match your search settings, and sends you a short digest of those that clear the quality bar. You see a handful of roles and decide which are worth pursuing. We never apply for you.
Scouting, not spamming
Auto-apply tools sabotage careers. They get callback rates below 2%, get candidates blocked by hiring systems and cause a backlash from employers. We built the opposite: a scout that finds and scores roles, so you can choose carefully where to apply.
Your voice, not ours
Every document we create is based on your own words, taken from your Standard CV, Extended CV and Biography Statement. We draw out your own story. We never make up achievements.
Fewer roles, better fit
A role has to earn its place. A role at a seniority level you selected reaches you from 6.5, and every other role must reach 7.0. If it does not fit, it does not reach you. We would rather send 3 strong matches than 30 mediocre ones.
Transparent scoring
Every match shows a separate score for role fit, seniority, education and context, with a plain-English explanation. You can see exactly why we showed you a role, and disagree with us.
Honest about what we monitor
MeridianRoles monitors public job boards and applicant tracking systems. We do not have access to unpublished roles or to the private searches that search firms run. We are useful because we are consistent, thorough and fast. We do not have insider access.
