Our mission
The best senior roles are found, not applied for. We do the finding.

MeridianRoles monitors job boards, company career pages, and ATS systems every six hours. We evaluate every new role against your full profile — Standard CV, Macro CV, and Biography Statement — using Claude to score fit on a 1–10 scale across skills, experience, and location.

Only roles scoring 7 or above reach your digest. You decide which ones to pursue. We never apply on your behalf.

Scouting, not spamming

Auto-apply tools destroy careers. Callback rates below 2%. ATS blacklisting. Employer backlash. We built the opposite: a scout that finds and ranks, so you can selectively apply with intention.

Your voice, not ours

Every document we generate is grounded in your own language — drawn from your CV, Macro CV, and Biography Statement. We surface your story. Claude never invents credentials.

Fewer roles, better fit

The digest threshold is 7/10. If a role does not fit, it does not reach you. We would rather send you three strong matches than thirty mediocre ones.
