We built MeridianRoles on the principle that a job search is among the most personal activities a professional undertakes. We treat your data accordingly.
Data encrypted at rest and in transit
All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest. All connections use TLS 1.3. Your CV, Macro CV, and Biography Statement are stored securely on Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL with no shared storage between subscribers.
Row-level security
Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies enforce that each subscriber can only access their own data. No backend code can accidentally expose one user's data to another.
Document storage isolation
Generated CVs and cover letters are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. Access requires a signed URL tied to your session — documents are never publicly accessible.
Claude API: no training on your data
Your profile data is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for matching and generation. Anthropic's commercial API does not use customer data for model training. Your career information is not shared with any other party.
We never auto-apply on your behalf
MeridianRoles does not submit applications, contact employers, or interact with any ATS system on your behalf. The scout finds and ranks. Every application is yours to submit.
Stripe for payments — we hold no card data
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. MeridianRoles stores only your Stripe customer ID. No card numbers, CVCs, or billing data are ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.
