For VP Commercial roles in the Zürich–Basel medical-device corridor, base salaries in 2026 cluster between CHF 220k and CHF 290k, with on-target bonus adding 25–40% and equity increasingly common at scale-up stage.

The spread is widening. Scale-ups now compete with incumbents on equity, not base — which changes how a senior candidate should weigh an offer.
